POLICIES
CANCELLATION POLICY
We get it, plans can change out of the blue. So, if you need to cancel, we'd really appreciate it if you could give us at least 24 hours heads up. But, if you find yourself needing to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, we kindly ask for a fee that's 50% of the service cost. If you don't show up at all, we'll have to charge you the full cost of the service. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, but it helps us serve other clients and keep our commitment to top-notch service. Thanks for understanding and cooperating with this policy.
REFUND POLICY
We are committed to doing our best during each service to help you achieve your hair goals. If you are dissatisfied with your service, please contact us at havenhairsalon@yahoo.com or 843-416-8594 within 7 days of your original appointment. Please note that we do not offer monetary refunds.
If you are not fully satisfied with the results of your hair service, we are happy to make adjustments within a two-week period following your appointment. We encourage you to inform us of your desire for an adjustment as soon as possible so we can promptly schedule your return visit within this timeframe. Hair Extension hair is non-refundable.
Hairdressing is an art form, and as "beauty is in the eye of the beholder," a degree of opinion and subjectivity is involved in the process. Therefore, aside from our willingness to perform adjustments within the two-week window, no monetary refunds can be issued for services rendered. No exceptions will be made.
